📌 Marketspace-topseller LLC – License Usage Terms

These license agreements are an integral part of the CodeHunger.net Terms & Conditions.

This VIP License governs the usage of all digital products sold through the website owned and operated by Marketspace-Topseller LLC.

1. License Grant

By purchasing or downloading any digital product from our platform, the end-user is granted a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to:

  • use the product for any purpose;
  • modify, adapt, or build upon the product;
  • distribute, share, or sell the original or modified version;
  • do so without any requirement of attribution or credit to Marketspace-Topseller LLC.

This license applies to all digital products sold on the platform, including but not limited to scripts, code snippets, spreadsheets, templates, and other creative or technical assets.

2. Third-Party Tools and Dependencies

Some products offered may contain, rely on, or require integration with third-party tools, platforms, frameworks, or resources. In such cases:

  • Marketspace-Topseller LLC does not claim ownership or distribution rights over such third-party components.
  • This license does not grant any rights over the intellectual property of third-party providers.
  • End-users are expected to use such third-party resources in accordance with their respective terms of service or licenses.
  • The template itself is freely usable, but the platform’s own usage conditions remain in effect and must be respected.

3. Intellectual Property Clarification

All original work created by Marketspace-Topseller LLC is considered its intellectual property and is licensed under the terms above. Where third-party content is referenced, embedded, or required for function, such content is clearly separate and not part of the license grant.

We explicitly preserve and respect the rights of all third-party owners and platforms. Redistribution of their platforms, tools, or branding elements is neither endorsed nor authorized under this license.

4. Liability and Compliance

All products are provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Marketspace-Topseller LLC be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the digital product or the use or other dealings in the digital product. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (such as loss of data or profits, or business interruption). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their usage of both our content and any related third-party tools complies with applicable laws and intellectual property policies.
